Important: Our 30-Day Warranty covers manufacturing defects or damage only. If the jewelry is lost, stolen, or damaged due to the actions of a third party, unfortunately, these cases will not be covered.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number, allowing you to check the status of your shipment at any time.

The estimated delivery time is 12–14 business days, starting from the shipping confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days and are therefore not included in processing or delivery times.

Lost Shipments

If an order is lost in transit and the customer has not purchased the Shipping Protection offered during checkout, our store will not be responsible for the lost order and will not be required to issue a refund or send a replacement.

We recommend adding Shipping Protection to ensure coverage in the event of issues such as loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Returns

If you wish to return your order, you must request a return within the timeframe specified in our return policy.

Once the items have been received and inspected, and provided they meet the stated requirements, the amount originally paid will not be refunded. Instead, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned products, which can be used at any time for future purchases in our store, with no expiration date.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to an error on our part or because the product arrived damaged or defective.

For a return to be accepted, the items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the product and its packaging.

We will review your case and, where applicable, provide the most appropriate solution.

In these cases, all return shipping costs and, if necessary, the shipping costs for the replacement product will be fully covered by our store, at no additional cost to the customer.
